Because Every Student Deserves to Walk into School with Confidence
Something as simple as a toothbrush, deodorant, clean socks, or feminine hygiene products should never stand in the way of a student’s ability to learn, participate, and feel confident.
Yet for many students, these everyday essentials are not always available.
The Confidence Closet is a Z Stay Foundation initiative created to ensure students have access to the basic hygiene and personal care items they need to show up as their best selves. Through partnerships with local schools, businesses and community supporters, we stock on-campus closets with essential care items that students can access discreetly without judgement.
Because confidence begins with dignity. Whether a student forgot an item at home, is experiencing financial hardship, or simply needs a little extra support, the Confidence Closet provides a helping hand when it’s needed most.
What You’ll Find in a Confidence Closet
Deodorant
Toothbrushes & toothpaste
Soap & body wash
Shampoo & conditioner
Hair care products
Combs & brushes
Feminine hygiene products
Socks & undergarments
School uniforms
More Than a Closet
The Confidence Closet is more than shelves stocked with supplies-it’s a reminder that every student matters. When students don’t have to worry about basic necessities, they can focus on what matters most: learning, building relationships, participating in school activities, and believing in their own potential. Every item donated represents more than a product. It represents confidence restored, dignity preserved, and a community that chooses to care.
How You Can Help
The Confidence Closet is made possible through the generosity of individuals , businesses, faith communities, and community partners who believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. You can support the initiative by:
Donating new hygiene and personal care items
Making a financial contribution to purchase essential supplies
Become a corporate or community partner
Together, we’re helping students walk into school with confidence, one essential at a time.
